You will have a 36-page personalized report to access throughout your career. Every time you are making a school or career decision, you can consult your assessment to remind you of why that choice is a fit for you. It will provide language to help you tell your story with authenticity and will give you confidence to know you are equipped for that position.

You will work with Cristin to connect the dots and unpack the results of your assessment in a meaningful way for you. Cristin's ability to uncover each person's unique design, her knowledge of the marketplace, strategic gift, and networking skills will leave you with clarity and confidence.
Advisory Action plan
You will leave with tangible steps to own your process by knowing how to get more information and take ownership of your career so you can boldly move toward the opportunities that are a fit for you. In addition, you can determine if you want to continue with career advisement.

I know what it's like to not know what you want to do. At an early age I lacked vision and confidence to direct my career path.
